We are honored to work with you and sincerely hope that you and your team have the important qualities of persistence, enthusiasm and sincerity. Here, in order to ensure that women’s menstruation related issues can be better supported, we hope that you can abide by the following agreement after receiving The NOW BOX package sent by Pads.Now:

1. Install a sanitary napkin sharing box in the female bathroom of the campus, and post a publicity poster next to the sharing box indicating the principle of “borrow one for one” in the package.
2. Preach on campus, help 90% of the regular users of the bathroom equipped with sanitary napkin sharing box understand the principle of “borrow one for one”, and provide proof of the lecture, such as photos and videos.
3. In the campus lecture, ensure that users understand the need to choose hygienic and high-quality brands when returning sanitary napkins, and call on students with a precedent of allergic sanitary napkins to carefully take sanitary napkins in the shared box. The Pads.Now Alliance provides quality, safe sanitary products and containers in a box. Once the box is sent and put into use, it will be maintained by the franchisee. If there are health problems, the sanitary napkin project does not assume any responsibility for delay.

5. Do your best to assist Pads.Now to promote follow-up work without delay, such as providing video and audio materials related to the sanitary napkin sharing box in the school, and forwarding electronic questionnaires for scientific research in the school.
6. Non-special circumstances (such as transfer, going abroad, college entrance examination) will not give up halfway and give up maintaining the sanitary napkin sharing box. If you agree to abide by the above agreement, then our cooperation is concluded. Here’s what Pads.Now promises to support you and your community:

1. Free of charge to the franchisee to send The NOW BOX package, the package contains two packets of sanitary napkins, a sanitary napkin sharing box, a poster that says “borrow one for one” rule, an invitation letter from the Pads.Now Alliance, and a number of Pads.Now stickers.
2. After filling out the project brief, Pads.Now will promote your club/project on the website and provide a platform for display.
3. Pads.Now will hold large-scale cross-school menstruation related activities from time to time, and you and your community will get first-hand consultation and priority to participate in and organize activities.
